By using or registering on Hajz Shahr, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. Hajz Shahr reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and registered users will be notified of any material changes.

Hajz Shahr is an online platform connecting property owners and tenants in Saudi Arabia, enabling: • Listing residential units for monthly and annual rental • Searching and filtering available properties • Completing and managing bookings electronically • Communication between owners and tenants The platform is a technical intermediary only and is not a party to any rental contract between owner and tenant.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register • You agree to provide accurate and complete information upon registration • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activity on your account • We reserve the right to cancel any account that violates these terms or contains misleading information

• A booking is considered complete upon confirmation by the owner • Cancellation policies vary by branch and are set by the owner • For pay-on-arrival bookings, tenants must notify the owner in advance if cancelling • Booking disputes are resolved first through direct agreement, then through platform support channels

• Owners must provide accurate and truthful information about their properties • Listed properties must be licensed according to applicable Saudi regulations • Owners must respond to booking requests within a reasonable time • Publishing misleading information or fake property images is prohibited

• Tenants must arrive at the agreed time • Using the property for purposes contrary to regulations or public morals is prohibited • Tenants are responsible for any damage to the property during the stay • Tenants must pay rent according to the agreed method and period

All users are prohibited from: • Publishing offensive content or content contrary to Saudi regulations • Infringing the intellectual property rights of any party • Attempting to hack or tamper with the platform's system • Communicating with other users for fraudulent or illegal purposes

• Hajz Shahr is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from platform use • We do not guarantee continuous platform availability or freedom from technical errors • Our maximum liability does not exceed the fees paid by you in the past three months

These terms are governed and interpreted according to Saudi Arabian regulations. Any dispute related to these terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.
